The COVID-19 global pandemic, has exposed the dire need for optimal Mental Wellbeing in the workplaces, educational institutions and day-to-day life. Additionally, professional institutional settings do not lend themselves to vulnerability, because these relationships have a shared purpose – the mission of the job.
