My Coaching Goal is to Help My Clients Strike The Right Balance Between Parenthood, Family Life, Loved Ones, and Work.
Parenthood is an exciting time. It is also a time of transformation, anticipation, expansion, facing the unknown, pivoting, and growth. I empower my clients by driving home the essence that they are still a valued member of their organization and that their contributions and desire to have a meaningful career matters! I believe that planning the return to work is not something to be overcome. It is indeed an opportunity to create a mindful and intentional mindset to cultivate a successful transition back into the workplace. I accomplish this challenging endeavor by reassuring and supporting my clients as they collaborate in charting each client’s unique course towards an integrated and balanced life.
I am a Parental Leave Coach, a Mindfulness Facilitator, and a Certified Parent Coach with Cara Pollard Coaching.
I have learned that it is not our circumstances that determine how we choose to live our lives. It is what we do with those experiences. When we tease apart our generational and collective conditioning, we can determine what serves us and what does not. We can then come home to our true self.
“A listening, empathic approach leads
to improved communication,
to greater acceptance of others and by others,
and to attitudes which are more positive and more
problem-solving in nature.
There is a decrease
in defensiveness,
in exaggerated statements,
in evaluative and critical behavior.”Carl Rogers
